CLUB VISION

Competing with Passion. | Growing with Purpose.

At Beach Futbol Club, our mission is and has always been to develop the next generation of elite athletes by delivering the highest level of technical and tactical soccer training in Southern California.

Playing Facilites

We provide state-of-the-art fields and facilities, a staff of 75+ highly qualified and experienced coaches, and focus our recruitment of local talent from the South Bay, Long Beach, and El Segundo — all united as one BEACH.

Commitment to excellence

Our commitment to excellence has led to multiple national titles across all levels, the advancement of players to professional teams & top collegiate programs, and a culture that embodies good sportsmanship, values, and having fun while competing.

CLUB PHILOSOPHY

Beach Futbol Club is dedicated to the development of our community's youth through competitive soccer and paid professional trainers.

We are committed to a program of structured and individual skills training and team game play, including health and conditioning for each player.

Our development method is to provide each player with the physical, intellectual, and emotional training necessary to meet the challenges of competitive soccer.

Our goal is to have each player experience, individually and as a team, the commitment and dedication necessary to achieve the player and teams' fullest potential through measured growth.

#onebeach

Beach FC is one of Southern California’s largest non-profit club soccer organisations, with 95+ boys and girls teams and 1,600+ families from Long Beach to the South Bay. Since 2008, Technical Director Mauricio Ingrassia has led a staged development model, building individual skill and game understanding at younger ages, then team strategy as players mature. Our licensed coaches train regularly to deliver a consistent, professional pathway for ages 8–19.

As part of SOCAL (Southern California Developmental Soccer League), we prioritise development over results, especially early on, using fewer brackets to reduce pressure and place players at the right competitive level. Beach alumni compete across NCAA divisions and the NAIA. We are a founding member of the Boys ECNL (Elite Clubs National League), field a Women’s Premier Soccer League team from May to July, and continue to invest in both girls and boys programmes. A volunteer board guides the club’s mission to develop players and share the joy of the game.
